Taking responsibility for your own happiness, your own well-being, your own feelings, your own actions, reactions, attitudes, and way of thinking, is the philosophy that lies at the core of my work as an integral (mind, body, and spirit) coach, clinical hypnotherapist, relationship coach, EFT Practitioner (tapping techniques), as well as in the work I do with dreams and their interpretation, journaling, regressions and relaxation techniques.

Many of the "tools" that I use in my work, such as psycho-energetic techniques, dream work, and clinical hypnotherapy, are simply helpful adjuncts to the underlying philosophy of integral coaching which continually takes the holistic human being into account. By not only looking at the mind, but also at the body; not only looking at the feelings, but also the spirit, as a integral, or spiritual coach - and along with your input and desire to improve the quality of your life - together we can take the steps to achieve this goal.
